Your Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage the daily CRM and Digital Marketing calendar, translating the brand, campaign and commercial roadmap into a consistent and compelling CRM execution across all regions.
  • Own and manage lifecycle and CRM campaigns end to end – from copywriting and CTAs to customer responses – nurturing the full customer journey from first interaction through purchase, after‑sales communication and repeat business.
  • Optimise communication across channels to engage customers at the right time and in the right channel for each lifecycle stage, in close collaboration with E‑Commerce, Sales and Customer Happiness & Loyalty teams.
  • Take responsibility for the day‑to‑day execution across the full customer lifecycle tech stack, including CRM tools such as Klaviyo and HubSpot, as well as selected paid media platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Influencer Marketing or Affiliate). This includes hands‑on campaign set‑up, segmentation, automations, A/B testing and performance tracking.
  • Manage CRM campaigns from start to finish, including planning and review, stakeholder coordination, content oversight, quality assurance and timely delivery.
  • Shape and oversee CRM copy in German, English and additional localised versions, ensuring tone of voice, messaging and timing are aligned with the brand and resonate with customers.

  • Monitor, analyse and act on KPIs, using insights, reporting and testing to continuously optimise performance and improve results.
