Clearance Requirement: Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship. An Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on critical facilities, including doors, locks, windows, framing, painting, tile, and flooring.
• Maintain door hardware, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting mechanical and electromechanical devices.
• Test, adjust, and troubleshoot door operation and alignment issues.
• Perform ancillary carpentry work related to doors and windows.
• Construct or modify partitions and ceilings for door installation.
• Demolish and prepare openings for fire and sound-rated doors.
• Install new frames, doors, and hardware.
• Coordinate with electricians on door control programming and automatic operators.
• Install and repair flooring and ceiling grid systems.
• Install non-load bearing walls to meet sound transfer ratings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
• Must pass a security investigation and be eligible for access to classified information; Active Top-Secret Clearance Required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• Completion of HVAC technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
