You collaborate with international teams, scout new creators, coach partners, craft actionable briefs, and stay aligned with TikTok updates to maximise growth.

Your profile

• Initial experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media – ideally with a focus on measurable results.
• You’re a TikTok native: You spot trends before they peak and know how to turn them into repeatable content formats.
• Strong understanding of TikTok hooks, social commerce, and creator content optimization – you know what makes content perform and convert.
• Native-level Portuguese and good English skills for internal communication.
