Zusammenfassung

Power Digital is seeking a compliance QA professional to serve as the quality checkpoint for our healthcare creative production workflow. You will review ads, landing pages, emails, social content, and video to ensure regulatory compliance and brand standards.

You will own the Veeva Vault PromoMats workflow, handle annotations and 2253 filings, and enforce branding and copy quality throughout the review process.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in healthcare creative production with MLR review experience.
• Understanding of FDA guidelines and Veeva Vault PromoMats proficiency.
• Strong process orientation and ability to document QA standards.

• Review ads, landing pages, emails, social content, and video for regulatory compliance and brand standards.
• Support creative production by maintaining trackers and coordinating feedback cycles with stakeholders.

• Perform pre-submission compliance QA on all creative assets against MLR requirements.
• Own Veeva Vault PromoMats workflow including annotations, claims, and 2253 filings.
• Enforce brand standards and conduct copy quality reviews for accuracy and tone.
