Responsibilities

• Design and optimize country specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
• Be responsible for executing the most critical HR requirements in the country, and ensure local compliance.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or people related roles.
• Ability to communicate in German and English fluently, to support regional operations.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience leading initiatives in operational projects.
• Experience in the implementation and rollout of HR and people programs.
• Experience with HR digitalization and modernizing people-related processes.
• Knowledge of the people operations (POps) ecosystem, including Google’s specific HR tools and internal processes.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment across multiple business areas.
• Ability to navigate and deliver results within ambiguous environments.
