A growing international technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and coordinate an offline sales network in Germany. Responsibilities include establishing market strategies, managing partner relationships, and expanding the local business team. Ideal candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in consumer electronics sales and fluency in both English and Chinese. This role offers flexibility in work location without fixed office requirements.
Coordinate overseas resources to build an offline sales network from 0 to 1, and be responsible for the company’s brand image and performance.
Based on the company’s sales strategy, be responsible for market development, partner relationship establishment, distributor system construction, sales policy formulation, and annual sales target achievement in the region.
Maintain key distributor channels and partner relationships, and conduct regular visits.
Be responsible for collecting, summarizing, and providing feedback on regional market dynamics, competitor information, product feedback, and product demand research.
At least 8 years of offline sales experience in consumer electronics, tools, and home appliances in the local market. Fluent in English (oral and written), proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Chinese candidates preferred, with green card holders given priority.
At least 3 years of team management experience with a team of at least 10 people. Willing to take on high-pressure challenges, with strong execution and result orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills and rich local business resources, with good customer service awareness.
Ability to independently expand into new fields, with a proactive and energetic approach.
Detailed Location: Based in Germany (no fixed office requirement)
