Hims & Hers is seeking a licensed attorney to provide senior legal support for Product, Growth, and Marketing teams, focusing on category development, promotions, and digital product design. • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of experience post law school graduation practicing at a law firm and/or in-house advising business teams on promotional and e-commerce activities.
• Experience with FTC laws and regulations.
• Experience with state consumer protection laws.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong business judgment and creative mindset.
• Preferred: Experience advising on FDA-regulated products.
• Preferred: Experience advising on intellectual property issues, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of US and state consumer privacy laws and healthcare privacy laws.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship by Hims & Hers to work in the U.S.
