A leading outdoor equipment company in Germany is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of sales experience, exceptional communication skills in both German and English, and a strong ability to engage with diverse corporate clients. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing partnerships, and achieving revenue goals. The position requires extensive travel and offers a full-time contract with competitive perks.

The Corporate Sales Manager will be the face and voice of our Corporate Sales channel. You will drive all new business development initiatives through consistent and strategic outreach targeting new customers who align with YETI’s brand goals. You will target corporations/brands with significant market share and national exposure who are looking to leverage YETI’s product portfolio and best‑in‑class status to build major promotional campaigns. You will also identify premium partnership opportunities across YETI‑relevant pursuits in the region to drive awareness and maximize revenue. It will be your responsibility to continue developing sales strategies that drive new revenue growth and deliver impact. You will be contributing to YETI’s success by achieving sales objectives for new Corporate Sales accounts while at the same time helping to build a key strategic area of growth for YETI.
You are a highly motivated & self‑driven sales professional with excellent communication skills an ability to engage with an international diverse account base and offer best‑in‑class service. You thrive in a fast‑paced cross‑functional environment and have an in‑depth understanding of the products we offer. You are passionate about doing the right thing and believe in offering options as a substitute for saying no. You know the accomplishments of the team are far more important than those of yourself or any individual.
