Zusammenfassung

Marsh McLennan MMA National is seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst to lead annual budgets and monthly forecasts across MMA National departments. You will prepare financial materials for stakeholders, analyze variances, and approve department expenditures.

You will coordinate intercompany charges with Marsh corporate, Marsh Tech and Marsh Risk. You will also drive the annual allocation process, communicating MMA National expenses to regional operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in a dynamic finance position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Oracle EPM or other database-driven applications.

A day in the life.

MMA National is the 400+ colleague corporate team atop a $5 billion insurance brokerage operation including our senior leadership team.

As our Corporate Financial Analyst on the MMA National Finance team, you’ll lead the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts of all MMA National departments. Prepare and distribute monthly financial performance materials to MMA National stakeholders. Analyze variances to prior periods, budget and/or forecast as needed. Approve expenditures for the MMA National departments. Work with Marsh corporate, Marsh Tech and Marsh Risk to coordinate intercompany charges and allocations to MMA.

As part of the annual budget process, you will lead the compilation & communication of MMA National allocated expenses to our regional operations.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $69,400 to $121,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
