Zusammenfassung

Anderson Global is seeking a Corporate Development Associate - PMI to drive post-merger integrations from closing through stabilization. You will work closely with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations, delivering end-to-end project management in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

  • Demonstrated strength in project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and engaging with senior, cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones.

Aufgaben

  • Lead and manage post-acquisition integration projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Organize and facilitate integration meetings, set agendas, and monitor action items.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from acquired entities and Anderson Global teams.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure accountability.
  • Identify risks or bottlenecks and propose solutions.
  • Continuously improve integration playbooks and processes.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

Overview

This full-time role is pivotal to ensuring seamless post-acquisition integrations across Anderson Global. The ideal candidate will drive projects from closing through stabilization, working closely with both acquired businesses and our internal teams—including Finance, HR, IT, and Operations. Success in this position relies on outstanding project management skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage post-acquisition integration projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
  • Organize and facilitate integration meetings, set agendas, and monitor progress on action items.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from both acquired organizations and Anderson Global teams.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, ensuring accountability at every stage.
  • Identify and elevate risks or bottlenecks, and suggest solutions where possible.
  • Continuously improve integration playbooks and processes.
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership.
