Our client is a leading international firm in the insurance and wealth management sector, providing high-end life insurance solutions to private banks, asset managers, and institutional clients across Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Belgium. They are seeking a Corporate Compliance Assistant to play a key role in the team, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance. You will provide critical administrative and operational support, manage client files, coordinate meetings with senior partners, and assist the Compliance department in maintaining adherence to CAA regulations. This role offers exposure to prestigious clients, complex operations, and a collaborative, multilingual work environment.
Oversee the full lifecycle of life insurance contracts, from client onboarding to ongoing policy servicing.
Maintain impeccable client files with precise data entry and structured filing systems.
Prepare documentation and files for partner-led client meetings.
Collaborate with the Compliance team to perform file checks and ensure adherence to CAA regulations.
Enforce operational procedures to guarantee service quality and regulatory compliance.
Monitor client requests and facilitate seamless communication between internal teams, external partners, and clients.
At least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector, ideally in administrative, back-office, or client servicing roles.
Fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory; a good command of English is required. Any additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to obtain an Insurance Broker License with the CAA.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional mindset capable of building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
