PLAZA Hotelgroup in Regensburg is seeking a Cook (m/f/d) to manage their own station and help ensure smooth kitchen operations in a busy hotel environment.

You will implement HACCP guidelines, train apprentices and assigned staff, and work with the team to prepare hot and cold dishes while maintaining high hygiene and quality. Fluent German and a completed vocational training are preferred.
