PLAZA Hotelgroup is seeking an Assistant cook to join our kitchen team in a disciplined, hospitality‑driven environment. You will assist station cooks, participate in hot and cold dish preparation, and help maintain HACCP hygiene standards while ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

You should have completed vocational training, good German language skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
