Hyundai GLOVIS Europe GmbH in Eschborn is seeking a Controlling Specialist to join the Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) Controlling & Business Innovation team. You will drive financial reporting, performance analysis, and process digitalization across the FVL portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and several years of logistics or financial controlling experience, with strong Excel, M365 and Tableau skills. English and German fluency are required.

Controlling Specialist

Are you a numbers wizard with a passion for logistics and data digitization? Hyundai Glovis Europe is looking for a Controlling Specialist to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) Controlling & Business Innovation team in Eschborn, Germany!

What You Will Do:

Financial Controlling & Reporting

• Lead Reporting: Create FVL P&L statements, market and business analysis, and financial and operational performance reports.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance, identify pain points, and make proactive improvement suggestions.
• Modernize Processes: Actively drive the digitalization and continuous improvement of our divisional reporting tools.

Operations IT & Project Support

• Provide occasional technical support by maintaining master data within the LOTS system, implementing supplier data via EDI, helping integrate BI software, and partnering with IT to align on FVL development projects.

Your profile

• Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Logistics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience: Several years of proven experience in logistics controlling, financial controlling, or business analysis.
• Tech-Savvy Skillset: Highly proficient in Excel, M365, and Tableau. Knowledge of EDI templates is a major plus!
• Mindset: Strong analytical thinking with a natural knack for numbers, data plausibility, and abstract problem-solving. You are a principled professional who values compliance and service excellence.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
