You will work on cost controlling, budgeting, and variance analyses within a global production environment, contributing to high-quality financial advice and decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in economics, business administration, agribusiness or comparable.
• First professional experience in controlling and/or finance.
• Proven IT literacy in MS Excel; SAP R3, S4 Hana, Business Warehouse is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Cost Controlling: collection and analysis of production costs, development of standard costs, variance analysis and cost-saving opportunities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: support COl with COGM calculation and production process details.
• Closings: calculation and analysis of COGS by crop for quarterly and year-end closings, assist inventory management.
• MasterData: maintenance of master data in accordance with steering models.
• Collaboration and Communication: collaborate with international production and finance colleagues to ensure cost control governance.

Influence and interact with different levels of the organization - in particular production - and support our Business Partners Production Controlling as well as local and regional managers in implementing and executing business operative and strategic targets by providing high-quality financial analysis and advice.

This is a permanent, full-time position (38hrs/week) at our HQ in Einbeck.

Responsibilities:

CostControlling:collection and analysis of production costs, development of standard costs, conduction of variance analysis and identification cost saving opportunities

Budgeting & Forecasting:support the Business PartnersProductionControlling with COGM calculation as well as the steering collection of productionprocess details and insights

Closings:calculationand analysisof COGS by crop for quarterlyand year-endclosings,support theinventory managementprocess(limited scope)

MasterData:maintenance of master datain accordance withestablished steering models

Collaboration andCommunication:collaborating with international production andfinance &controlling colleagues to ensure cost control governance

Profile:

Master's degree in economics, business administration, agribusiness or comparable

First professional experience incontrolling and/ or finance - ideally in an international environment or having worked as an intern / working student in the field of controlling or finance

Proven IT literacy in MS Excel -SAP R3, S4 Hana, Business Warehouseisanadvantage

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
