Your Responsibilities:

• Take over main responsibility in monthly closure activities (e.g Sales reporting Management Reporting) & quarterly reporting tasks
• Monthly closure tasks to ensure high quality of data & transfer to parent company in time
• Fiscal Year end process incl. Restatement of PY results & supporting Std. Cost Restatement
• Guide through monthly performance review meeting
• Support in internal cross-departmental Controlling / Finance projects
• Drive digital transformation / automation of Controlling processes
• Work closely together with internal IT & external consultants
• Contact person for auditors (GuV Einzelabschluss / financial statement of Grohe AG) & other internal departments (e.g Accounting SCM)
• Responsible for updating relevant master data (e.g cost center profit center master data & hierarchies)

Your profile:

• Bachelors or masters degree in economics with a focus on finance accounting or controlling business information systems / IT
• Work experience in above mentioned areas for at least 3 years
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach
• Affinity for numbers & IT a good understanding of financial systems (SAP R3 GDE GBW DSO)
• Structured way of working & good time management
• Fluent English skills
