Zusammenfassung

Recordati Pharma Germany is seeking a Controller DACH to lead FP&A and Controlling activities for the region. You will develop analyses, drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and partner with local accounting teams.

The role requires a finance degree, several years of Controlling/FP&A experience, SAP S/4HANA, HFM, Power BI, and strong German and English communication. Hybrid work model in Germany with international exposure.

To Strengthen Our Team, We Are Looking For a

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial organization, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A DACH. You will be responsible for the following activities across the DACH region:

• Develop financial analyses and controlling tools to support informed decision‑making, drive business performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Enhance and standardize processes across reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial transparency and a reliable data foundation.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, coordinating with local accounting teams across the country cluster to ensure timely submissions.
• Ensure the accurate submission of planning data into corporate systems and collaborate with the central IT and Controlling teams on continuous process improvements.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyze financial data and provide business‑relevant insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal control frameworks.
• Lead complex FP&A and Controlling activities, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.Drive budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across the DACH region.
• Improve reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to support business performance and decision‑making.Partner with business stakeholders on strategic financial evaluations and challenge assumptions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the Controlling function.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Controlling/FP&A, ideally managing complex planning, reporting, or performance management processes.
• Strong ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations and support management decision‑making.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis tools as well as financial systems, ideally including SAP S/4HANA, HFM, Power BI, and Think‑cell.
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution‑oriented mindset, project management and communication skills, with a proactive and results‑driven approach.
• Proven ability to work successfully in international projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Business‑oriented approach with strong decision‑making skills, intercultural competence, and a collaborative team spirit.

The annual gross salary for this position ranges from EUR 75,000 to EUR 100,000, depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
