Summary Statement


At our headquarters in Duderstadt (near Göttingen), we are looking for a Controller (f/m/d) to join our Financial Planning team as soon as possible. In this role, you will provide strategic support to corporate management through insightful financial analyses and forward-looking planning. You will work closely with the Executive Board and have the opportunity to actively drive process improvements and shape the future of our planning landscape.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the entire planning process, including developing relevant planning assumptions, coordinating international subsidiaries, and analyzing results
  • Conceptual development and implementation of specific planning models, including medium-term planning
  • Conduct (ad-hoc) analyses to identify areas for action and derive improve the accuracy and quality of planning
  • Prepare and communicate results in meaningful presentations for the Executive Board
  • Take responsibility in projects to further develop the planning process, including contributing to the introduction of a planning tool
Qualifications
  • Degree in economics, finance, controlling, or a comparable field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in financial planning
  • Advanced Excel skills, especially in modeling medium-term plans and scenarios
  • Bonus: Experience with planning tools (e.g., Jedox)
  • Strong analytical mindset, results-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
