Zusammenfassung

WeRecruit is seeking a Controller / Business Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision making through analysis, reporting and dashboard development. You will model data from multiple sources, develop insightful reports, and support management with KPI-driven insights.

You will contribute to month-end closing, KPI preparation, and ERP-related projects, leveraging Power BI to visualize complex relationships and identify optimization opportunities.
