Bayer AG in Berlin invites a Control Tower Architect (all genders) to lead data analytics and reporting for clinical studies. You will build and maintain dashboards to provide transparency on study performance and deliver actionable insights for CTFA and CD&O leadership.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply SQL, Python, and R to process data and feature engineer, and shape future reporting capabilities while upholding ICH/GCP standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in data analytics and visualization.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with data processing and feature engineering using SQL, Python (pandas), or R (dplyr).
• Strong understanding of clinical development processes, commercialization, and regulatory requirements (ICH, GCP).

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on healthcare or life sciences.
• You bring extensive experience in data analytics and visualization, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and clinical development.
• You are proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• You have hands-on experience with data processing and feature engineering using tools such as SQL, Python (pandas), or R (dplyr).
• You possess a strong understanding of clinical development processes, commercialization, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH, GCP).
• You thrive in collaborative environments, influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• You demonstrate a proactive, accountable, and inclusive mindset, with a strong commitment to Bayer’s DSO behaviors and values.
• You communicate effectively in English and build strong relationships across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
