Bayer AG Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Control Tower Architect to lead data analytics and reporting for clinical study performance. You will build dashboards, deliver insights, and collaborate with global teams to inform decision-making across CTFA, CD&O, and study operations.

The role requires strong data science skills, experience in pharma, and proficiency with Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Python, or R. A hybrid Berlin-based work arrangement is offered with focus on impactful analytics.

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on healthcare or life sciences.
• You bring extensive experience in data analytics and visualization, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and clinical development.
• You are proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• You have hand-on experience with data processing and feature engineering using tools such as SQL, Python (pandas), or R (dplyr).
• You possess a strong understanding of clinical development processes, commercialization, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH, GCP).
• You thrive in collaborative environments, influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• You demonstrate a proactive, accountable, and inclusive mindset, with a strong commitment to Bayer’s DSO behaviors and values.
• You communicate effectively in English and build strong relationships across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
