Job summary

EVOMOTIV GmbH in Ulm sucht einen Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) im Bereich Regelungstechnik und Sensorik. Sie entwickeln Algorithmen zur Stabilisierung, programmieren Echtzeit-Software auf Embedded-Systemen und arbeiten modellbasiert mit UML.

Sie arbeiten agil an Systemintegration, Verifikation am Gesamtsystem und begleiten Tests, Produktpräsentationen sowie Systemtests aktiv mit.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik, Kommunikationsengineering oder vergleichbar.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Regelungstechnik und Signalgüte.
• Solide Programmierkenntnisse in C/C++ in Echtzeit-Umgebungen.
• Erfahrung mit modellbasierter Software-Architektur (UML) und automatisierten Tests.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Regelungstechnik-Algorithmen zur präzisen Stabilisierung von elektrometallischen und optrischen Systemen.
• Programmierung von Echtzeit- und Multitasking-Software auf Embedded-Computern mit RTOS und Mehrkern-Architekturen.
• Modellbasierte Softwareentwicklung und Signalerfassung im agilen Umfeld.
• Durchführung von Komponenten- und Systemintegration sowie Verifikation der Software am Gesamtsystem.
• Aktive Mitwirkung an Tests, Produktvorstellungen und Systemtests.

You can look forward to this

• Development and implementation of control engineering algorithms for the precision stabilization of electromechanical and optronic systems
• Programming of real-time and multitasking software on embedded computing systems using modern real-time operating systems (RTOS) and multicore architectures
• Model-oriented software development and signal processing in the agile development field
• Performing component and system integrations as well as verifying the developed software directly on the overall system
• Active participation in trials, product presentations and overall system tests

What you bring along

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, communications engineering or a comparable field of study
• In-depth knowledge of control and signal engineering (e.g., model-based control, state control, filter algorithms)
• Solid programming skills in C/C++ in real-time and embedded environments
• Experience with model-based software architecture (e.g., UML) and automated testing procedures (unit and component testing)
• Very good knowledge of German and good English
