• Project management for laboratory / office expansion

• Maintain an overview of various workstreams and their alignment including reporting at SteerCo GF level
• Responsible for workplace strategy
• Interface between broker / CBRE, to project developers and laboratory users
• Business development / strategic planning
• Financial planning

• Engineering knowledge is an advantage
