Job Responsibilities and Tasks

• Write original content in Japanese for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, ads, and product descriptions
• Localize global content to suit Japanese cultural norms and communication styles
• Adapt tone based on platform (formal, polite, casual, business, youth-oriented, etc.)
• Conduct research on Japanese market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors
• Optimize content for Japanese SEO (keywords, structure, search intent) in collaboration with the SEO team
• Edit and proofread Japanese content for accuracy, tone, and cultural fit
• Maintain brand voice while adapting it naturally for Japan
