Your role will be to

We’re looking for a creative and innovative Content Creator who is passionate about languages, cultures, and social media. You should be enthusiastic about being in front of the camera, have a humorous and engaging personality, and love working in a fast‑paced, creative environment. Your role will be key in elevating Tandem’s social media presence and engaging our global community.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the Tandem brand by creating entertaining, educational, and engaging videos for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Ideate and execute fun and dynamic content that showcases language learning and cultural exchange.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends to keep our brand relevant and fresh.
• Produce long‑form and short‑form video content for YouTube, with a strong focus on growing Tandem’s presence and improving YouTube SEO through well‑structured, searchable, and evergreen content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in regular brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas.
• Film and edit high‑quality videos directly from our comfortable Berlin office.
• Showcase the Tandem app through subtle marketing and creative storytelling in your videos.
