VANME GmbH in Hamburg sucht einen CONTENT CREATOR (m/w/d), der die Marke und Projekte über hochwertige visuelle Inhalte authentisch kommuniziert. Ideale Kandidaten haben ein Gespür für Ästhetik und Storytelling und unterstützen die Entwicklungsphase von Projekten bis zur Fertigstellung.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Erstellung von Inhalten für Social Media und die Website, Videoproduktion sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Design und Marketing. Wir bieten ein überdurchschnittliches Gehalt und 30 Urlaubstage pro Jahr.

Qualifications

• Fähigkeit, Prozesse in Geschichten zu übersetzen.
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten in der Werkstatt.
• Erfahrung in der Textgestaltung für Web und soziale Medien.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Pflege von Inhalten für die Website und soziale Medien.
• Dokumentation von Projekten, einschließlich Verfahrens- und Materialdetails.
• Erstellung von hochqualitativen Bildern und Videos.

Skills

Umgang mit Fotokameras

We are looking for a CONTENT CREATOR (m/f/d) with a flair for aesthetics, storytelling and high-quality visual content to authentically communicate our brand, our projects and our attitude to the outside world.

• Support for campervan projects from the vehicle shell to handover
• Documentation of expansion processes, details, materials and solutions
• Recording intermediate steps, special features and individual customer requirements
• Creation of a consistent project history for website & archive
• Creation of high-quality photos (vehicles, details, interior, workshop)
• Production of video content (short clips, reels, project films, behind-the-scenes)
• Planning of shootings (provehicle, location, light, timing)
• Post-processing: editing, color look, image selection in VANME style
• Developing stories around projects, people and processes
• Writing texts for websites, social media, project pages and campaigns
• Translation of technical or technical topics into understandable, emotional content
• Ensuring a consistent tone of voice (high quality, calm, precise)
• Further development and adherence to the visual VANME identity
• Definition of image looks, perspectives, recognizability
• Quality assurance of all published content
• Thinking along with new formats and creative approaches
• Planning content along projects, launches and milestones
• Creation of editorial plans for social media & website
• Publishing and maintaining content (e.g. Instagram, website, newsletter)
• Analyzing what works well - without being driven by trends
• Close coordination with workshop, design, marketing and management
• Understanding of technical procedures and manual processes
• Independent work on site in the workshop and on vehicles
• Participation in events, trade fairs or cooperations

What we expect from you

• Confident handling of photo and video cameras (mirrorless / DSLR)
• Understanding of light, perspective, image composition and composition
• Experience in video editing and post-production (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
• Ability to translate processes and products into stories
• A feel for dramaturgy, timing and suspense
• Understanding which content strengthens the brand - not just the reach
• Very good language skills (German, ideally also English)
• Experience with texts for websites, project pages and social media
• Ability to consistently adhere to a visual line
