Unfrämed Berlin ° Beauty Space in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg is seeking a creative student to translate studio moments into short-form content. You’ll plan, shoot, and edit Reels/TikTok in-studio, capturing nail art, treatments, and behind-the-scenes.

Based in Berlin with 15–20 hours per week, you’ll build a content calendar, draft captions, and engage with our audience in our brand voice. Fluency in English or German is required; Russian is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled at a university with 15–20 hours per week available.
• Must have an eye for premium, editorial aesthetics.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video; portfolio matters more than CV.
• Ability to work self-directed and keep a posting cadence without hand-holding.
• Based in Berlin and able to come to Prenzlauer Berg studio regularly.

UNFRÄMED is a premium nail and beauty studio in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. We're known for editorial, design-led work and a considered, elevated client experience — and our content should feel exactly the same way. We're looking for a creative student who can translate what happens in the studio into short-form content people stop scrolling for.

Tasks

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok) in-studio — nail art, treatments, behind-the-scenes, team moments
• Capture high-quality photos and video of our work and space
• Turn a shoot day into a week of content: draft captions, schedule posts, keep a lightweight content calendar
• Spot and adapt trends (audio, formats) to our brand before they peak
• Manage community: reply to comments and DMs in our voice, engage with our audience and local sceneKeep a pulse on performance and share simple learnings (what's landing, what isn't)

Requirements

• Enrolled at a university (required for Werkstudent status) with time for ~15–20 hrs/week during the semester
• A genuine eye for aesthetics — you understand what "premium" and "editorial" look like, not just trendyHands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video (CapCut, InShot, or similar) — a portfolio, personal account, or sample Reels matter more than a CV
• Comfortable being self-directed and reliable — you can run a shoot and hit a posting cadence without hand-holding
• Based in Berlin and able to come into the studio in Prenzlauer Berg regularly (content is shot on-site)Working
