Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Supply Chain is seeking a seasoned professional to strengthen cross-functional project delivery for the Diagnostics network in Mannheim. You will manage planning, control, and execution of complex, cross-functional projects to improve efficiency across the Diagnostics Supply Chain.

Effective communication with stakeholders, change management experience, and a customer-centric mindset are essential as you collaborate with local affiliates and global teams to implement processes

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, information systems, or equivalent with several years of logistics/supply chain experience.
• Proven track record leading supply-chain subprojects using standard methods and tools and minimizing risks.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at multiple levels and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with change management in supply-chain projects and leading teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Support or co-manage planning, control, and execution of complex cross-functional projects to improve Diagnostics Supply Chain efficiency.
• Prepare project reports and decision documents for governance bodies.
• Assist or lead global implementation of solutions and processes in local country affiliates.
• Advise local affiliates on continuous improvement opportunities and help implement them.
• Identify and assess local optimization needs and respond accordingly.
• Own onboarding and training for local supply chain managers and teams, emphasizing supply chain compliance.

Dabei arbeiten wir eng in einem globalen Netzwerk aus Vertriebsgesellschaften (Affiliates), Produktionsstätten und Geschäftsbereichen zusammen. In der Funktion Commercial Supply Chain hast du die Möglichkeit, einen wesentlichen Beitrag dazu zu leisten. In der Abteilung Consulting and Implementation Services etablierst und pflegst du eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen der globalen Supply-Chain-Funktion und den lokalen Ländergesellschaften von Roche Diagnostics. Mit Weitblick und einem kundenzentrierten Ansatz trägst du maßgeblich zu einer effizienten, agilen und nachhaltigen Supply Chain bei, die den aktuellen und zukünftigen Herausforderungen unserer dynamischen Branche gewachsen ist.

• Unterstützung im Projektmanagement: Mitarbeit oder Mitverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung komplexer, funktionsübergreifender Projekte zur Steigerung der Effizienz in der Diagnostics Supply Chain.
• Reporting & Gremienarbeit: Regelmäßiges Projekt-Reporting inklusive Statusüberwachung sowie die Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für relevante Gremien.
• Globale Implementierung: Unterstützung oder Mitverantwortung bei der Steuerung und aktive Unterstützung bei der Einführung globaler Lösungen und Prozesse in den lokalen Ländergesellschaften.
• Beratung & Optimierung: Beratung von Ländergesellschaften (insb. lokaler Supply Chain Manager) hinsichtlich kontinuierlicher Verbesserungspotenziale sowie Unterstützung bei deren Umsetzung.
• Bedarfsanalyse: Identifikation und Bewertung und lokalen Optimierungsbedarfen.
• Onboarding & Training: Verantwortung für das Onboarding und die Schulung lokaler Supply Chain Manager und ihrer Teams, einschließlich der Sensibilisierung für Supply-Chain-Compliance-Standards.

Ihre Qualifikation / Das bringst du mit

Für diese spannende Rolle bringst du folgende Qualifikationen mit:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Jahre Erfahrung in der Logistik/Supply Chain und Kenntnisse im Prozess- und Qualitätsmanagement.
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teilprojekten Supply-Chain-Projekten unter Nutzung gängiger Methoden und Tools sowie im Identifizieren und Minimieren von Supply-Chain-Risiken.
• Effektive Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe, technische Konzepte klar zu vermitteln.
• Erfahrung im Veränderungsmanagement im Kontext von Supply-Chain-Projekten sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams durch Veränderungen zu führen und Widerstände zu überwinden.
• Starkes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Supply Chain gepaart mit systematischen Ansätzen zur Problemlösung.

Die Position ist auf 1 Jahr befristet.
