PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG in Mannheim is looking for a Consultant (m/f/d) - Strategic Initiatives to join our Corporate Strategic Initiatives department at headquarters in Mannheim. You will support strategic projects from concept to implementation and help drive the transformation across PHOENIX group.

In this role you will co-create our Inhouse Consulting portfolio, conduct strategic analyses and collaborate closely with the Executive Board, while ensuring clear information governance

Qualifications

• Very good university degree, preferably with a double degree or PhD.
• Experience in top management consultancy or strategically focused role in an international corporate environment.
• Experience supporting cross-functional, complex strategic projects.
• Knowledge of strategy process/portfolio management and healthcare market insights (helpful).
• Curious and ambitious, with drive to facilitate corporate transformation.
• Structured and independent work style with a focus on solution finding.
• Distinct communication skills and a keenness to work in teams.
• Business-fluent in English and another language desirable.
