Zusammenfassung

P3 group GmbH bietet als Beratungsunternehmen eine dynamische Rolle im Bereich Energie und Software. Als Consultant Energy & Software arbeiten Sie eng mit Kunden an Management- und Technologieprojekten und gestalten wirtschaftliche Modelle zur Bewertung von Energie- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen.

Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle von Technik, Business Case und Finanzmodell und tragen maßgeblich zur Entwicklung neuer Produkte sowie zur Optimierung bestehender Softwarelösungen bei.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen oder wirtschaftsorientierten Bereich.
• Erste Erfahrungen in technischen Projekten, idealerweise im Energie- oder Softwarebereich.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit bei der Vermittlung technischer Sachverhalte.
• Fähigkeit, Wirtschafts- und Finanzmodelle zu entwickeln und zu bewerten.

Aufgaben

• Technische Projektleitung von Energie- Lösungen und Softwareprodukten.
• Erstellung von Business Cases und Finanzmodellen für Energie- und Digitalisierungsprojekte.
• Planung und Design technischer Lösungen mit internen/externalen Partnern.
• Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Entwicklern, Energieexperten und Partnerunternehmen.
• Unterstützung bei Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Softwarelösungen.
• Verantwortung für Projektfortschritt, Budget und Ressourcenmanagement.
• Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Präsentationen und technischen Konzepten.
• Marktbeobachtung und Identifikation von Trends in Energie und Digitalisierung.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You take on the technical project management of energy solutions and software products.
• You develop and evaluate business cases and financial models for energy and digitalization projects.
• You plan and design technical solutions together with internal and external partners.
• You act as the key interface between clients, developers, energy experts, and partner companies.
• You actively support the development of new products and the enhancement of existing software solutions.
• You are responsible for project progress, budgets, and resource management.
• You prepare decision‑making documents, presentations, and technical concepts.
• You monitor the market and identify emerging trends in the fields of energy and digitalization at an early stage.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have successfully completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring initial experience in technical projects, ideally within the energy sector or software development.
• You have a strong affinity for technology and understand the relationships between technology, business cases, and financial models.
• You are able to develop and evaluate business cases and clearly communicate economic and financial implications.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly, even when dealing with complex technical topics.
• You work in a structured and analytical manner and possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• You have excellent German and English language skills.
