• Lead and manage on‑site construction activities for industrial building projects, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants, and execution teams throughout all project phases, from construction start to final acceptance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and progress reporting structures.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks while implementing corrective actions to avoid delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
• Serve as the primary interface between internal stakeholders, external partners, contractors, and local authorities to ensure effective project execution and alignment.
• Drive sustainability, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating energy‑efficient solutions and modern project management practices into construction projects.

What You Bring

• University degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Long‑term professional experience managing industrial construction projects, ideally within an international or multinational environment.
• Proven expertise in construction project management, industrial facility construction, contract management, and project lifecycle execution.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and certifications such as PMP, IPMA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, leadership, budget control, risk management, quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.
• Professional proficiency in both German and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
