Progressive is seeking an experienced Construction Manager Electrical (m/f/d) for a major industrial site in Dresden. The role oversees a large-scale cable installation package, starting ASAP for 12 months, with 100% on-site work and Monday to Friday schedule.

You will lead the electrical scope, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate day-to-day site activities while interfacing with stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification required.
• Proven experience as Construction Manager on industrial projects.
• Strong background in electrical installations and cable pulling activities.
• Experience managing subcontractors on construction sites.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors on construction sites
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Industrial project experience is essential
• Experience on large-scale construction projects is highly preferred
• Semiconductor experience is not required
• Hands-on attitude with a strong site presence
• Physically fit and comfortable working on a large construction site, involving extensive walking throughout the day
