  • The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the entrusted project.
  • Both in terms of quality, time and cost.
  • He has internal and external collaborators to help him, but the responsibility belongs to him.
  • During the entire project, he looks for solutions that will increase the quality and reduce the cost of the project.
  • Coordination of construction project documentation at all required stages.
  • Oversees permitting processes in collaboration with dedicated colleagues.
  • Provides support to Procurement Department in the preparation and review of procurement documentation, checks compliance with project bid documentation.
  • Controls and coordinates construction work, their quality and compliance with project documentation.
  • Participates in meetings with customers and is responsible for the implementation of required changes.
