Overview

Construction Manager - Wind Projects - Bremen, Berlin, or Hamburg. Salary: €Excellent + Bonus + Car.

We are seeking a Construction Manager to join a nimble startup aiming to be a leading IPP in the renewable energy sector within the next five years. The management team brings extensive experience in growing and scaling a renewable energy business. The project portfolio includes Wind, Solar PV, BESS, Power to X, and some hybrid projects.

The current project pipeline is around 5 GW across technologies, with over 1 GW already delivered in the German market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, permitting, and execution planning in partnership with the planning team, ensuring technical viability and efficient project delivery.
• Lead the technical aspects of the construction phase, managing all site activities and providing hands-on oversight, including on-site supervision.
• Develop tender documentation, manage the procurement process, and award contracts in alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive accountability for schedule, budget, and quality, maintaining consistent progress through proactive monitoring and adjustments.
