Job Description

Construction Leads are responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of reconstruction projects. Deliver a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing reconstruction services. They must have a working understanding of leading reconstruction projects from beginning to end, and all the skills required to complete that in a professional manner. This includes insulation, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, trim/casing install, as well as other skills.

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
