Zusammenfassung

Wingcopter is seeking a Configuration Manager to own and continuously improve Configuration & Change Management across development, production and service. You will manage baselines, BOMs, CAD data, software releases, and documentation in PLM/PDM/ERP systems, coordinate ECR/ECO and CCBs, and ensure traceability and reporting for audits.

Collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Certification and Service, you will drive AI-enabled CM with tools for impact analysis,

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as Configuration Manager in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Strong BOM and document management expertise.
• CM2 or similar certification; aerospace configuration standards familiarity.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI, ideally setting up AI agents to optimize workflows.

• Define CM processes, provide training, and promote best practices across the organization.
• Administer the PLM platform: users, licenses, access, suppliers, communities, and first-level support.

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Configuration Manager and with PLM/PDM and ERP systems in a fast paced, complex systems' environment.
• Strong knowledge of BOM and document management.
• Training/certification as Configuration Manager, e.g. CM2, familiarity with aerospace configuration standards.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI, ideally in setting-up AI agents to optimize the work environment.
