As a key member of the IT Service Management team, the Configuration Management Technician is responsible for the hands‑on execution of the Configuration Management program. Reporting to the Senior Configuration Manager, this role focuses on implementing and maintaining the integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensuring its data is accurate and reliable. This position supports the overall information strategy by providing the foundational data needed to manage IT assets and services effectively, enabling better decision‑making and business process optimization. This role is critical to the modernization and operational readiness of the enterprise. You are empowered to develop technical standards, drive disciplined execution, and build a sustainable CMDB data that improves mission outcomes and reduces organizational risk.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$67,800 - 142,200 USD
