Zusammenfassung

Strativ Group in Munich is hiring a senior engineer to build core parts of the perception stack for unmanned systems. You will design, train and deploy models for detection, tracking, segmentation and depth estimation, testing on real mission data and field trials.

You will work with perception leads and autonomy engineers to ensure outputs are useful downstream and help shape the team’s architecture as the company grows.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience building and shipping modern computer vision or perception systems.
• Deep expertise in object detection, multi-object tracking, segmentation, or depth estimation.
• Experience validating work with real-world data and iterative improvements.
• MSc, PhD or equivalent practical background in Computer Vision, Robotics or related field.
• Eligibility to work on defense-related projects and obtain security clearance if required.

A Munich-based startup is combining 3D computer vision, state estimation and AI so autonomous platforms for spatial intelligence and autonomy for unmanned systems.

The role

You’ll build core parts of the perception stack, covering object detection, tracking, semantic segmentation and depth estimation. You’ll work closely with our perception leads, founders and autonomy engineers, and test your work on recorded mission data and in field trials, not just on benchmarks.

What you bring

• Hands‑on experience building and shipping modern computer vision or perception systems
• Deep expertise in at least some of: object detection, multi‑object tracking, segmentation, depth estimation
• A track record of validating work rigorously and iterating on real‑world data
• MSc, PhD or equivalent practical background in Computer Vision, Robotics or a related field
• Eligibility to work on defense‑related projects and, where required, to obtain the relevant security clearance
