Jobtailor in Bremen is seeking a motivated coordinator to organize sponsorship projects and support matchday operations at Weserstadion. You will help prepare proposals and concepts for sponsor acquisition and VIP areas.

The role requires strong communication, a customer focus, and fluent German and English. You will assist in partner management, PR appointments, and administrative support for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Organization and execution of sponsorship projects
• Variety of tasks in matchday preparation and operations
• Preparation of proposals and concepts for sponsor acquisition as well as for the VIP areas of the Weserstadion
• Support in managing our partners and delivering contractual services
• Handling PR appointments
• Preparation and follow-up of the VIP areas for home matchdays at the Weserstadion
• Research activities & benchmarking
• Administrative support for the sales department on various projects

Requirements

• Completed basic studies / at least 2 years of university study in Business Administration, Sports Management/Sports Economics or a related field
• Strong affinity for sports and enthusiasm for football
• High level of commitment, willingness to work and team orientation
• Strong customer and service focus
• Professional demeanor & strong communication skills
• Responsible, structured and independent working style
• Language skills: German & English (fluent in spoken and written) – additional languages are a plus
• Confident user of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
