Support the Space Component Command by translating strategic guidance from the Commanding General, SPACEFOREUR‑AF, the United States Space Force (USSF), and two Combatant Commands, USEUCOM and USAFRICOM, into an actionable 5‑year‑plan. Assist in the development and refinement of the command’s internal strategy, ensuring alignment with USSF priorities and the operational requirements of USEUCOM and USAFRICOM. Develop, lead, and manage multiple detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements, including synchronizing Programming Plans (PPLANs), Plan of Action and Milestones (PoAMs), and Component Support Plans, to the command’s long‑term strategy and achievement of Full Operational Capability (FOC). Integrate budget planning and resource allocation to ensure initiatives are properly funded and executed, providing comprehensive insight into financial and operational requirements in support of mission success.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
