You will be joining a growing company with more than 15 years of presence in Luxembourg, putting forth modern offices, a dynamic work environment, and parking spaces available for the employees. You will be part of a human-sized team focused on second-line Compliance activities.

The company works with various clients such as holdings, SOPARFIs, and alternative investment funds , in mainly Private Equity and Real Estate. You will also have the opportunity to attend training sessions to further develop your management or even technical skills.

If you are seeking a stable environment close to home, offering great opportunities for both personal and professional growth, this role is worth your attention.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a key member of the second line of defense, ensuring oversight of compliance and AML processes.
  • Design, maintain and enhance compliance frameworks and risk management controls in line with local and group policies.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring reviews, identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
  • Advise management and operational teams on regulatory developments, AML / KYC requirements and good governance practices.
  • Collaborate with the first line of defense to strengthen awareness and promote a compliance-driven culture.
  • Prepare periodic reports for the Board, CSSF and senior management on compliance and risk matters.
  • Support internal audits and participate in group compliance projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance or AML within a fiduciary, PFS, or management company in Luxembourg.
  • You have dealt with alternative investment funds in Private Equity and Real Estate and feel comfortable with such clients.
  • You have a solid understanding of AML / KYC regulations, CSSF requirements, and best practices in compliance.
  • Experience in second line of defense roles is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in French and English is asked; any additional language is considered an asset.
  • Team management experience will be required to be fully operational in this role.
Offer
  • Join a reputable structure that offers the benefits of an international and larger group, while still offering the agility and benefits of a small team (easy communication, good team spirit and so on).
  • A culture based on trust , where initiative and your ideas are valued just as much as the quality-oriented service you provide to the clients.
  • Flexible work arrangements and a modern working setup designed to promote work / life balance (limited overtime, the chance to work from home regularly, an ideal location near the Belgian border…).
  • Comprehensive salary package up to €100.000 gross per year, in addition to meal vouchers and a discretionary bonus.
  • Continuous professional development through access to important know-how, trainings and evolution prospects (allowing you to become Director in time and so forth).
  • Above all, an environment that fosters collaboration, respect and long-term growth , rather than rigidity.
