In this position, youll

• Participate in job architecture project, benchmarking, setting up salary frameworks, and market data review
• Provide data analysis and budget forecasting
• Provide internal training on reward topics
• Prepare for the EU transparency law

About you

• Analytical, good with numbers and advanced in Google Sheet (can do VLookups, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
• Experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking, experience with Mercer and / or Willis Towers Watson preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
