Job Summary

Lead the design, management, and continuous improvement of compensation strategy, structures, and processes. Provide strategic advisory services to senior HR and business leaders, driving data‑driven decision‑making and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee compensation structures that balance internal equity with external market competitiveness.
  • Lead job architecture initiatives, including job grading, titling, and career path development.
  • Manage comprehensive compensation analytics and benchmarking projects to inform leadership decisions.
  • Optimize compensation processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
  • Advise senior leaders on compensation strategy and business impact.
  • Lead the development and execution of communication and training programs to support change management.
  • Drive compensation system enhancements and automation initiatives.
Experience driving system enhancements and automation.

5+ years of progressive compensation or comparable experience, preferred in global or multi-regional compensation frameworks. Proven track record leading compensation programs and strategic projects, expertise in compensation design, job architecture, and analytics. Experience in leading cross‑functional initiatives, strong business partnering and influencing skills. Ability to lead communication and training initiatives.
