IndustryLens, a lean B2B SaaS startup, seeks a social media creator to own our voice across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. You’ll craft content, engage communities, and help build an audience from scratch while working remotely from Germany.

In this internship, you’ll shoot and edit short-form videos, collaborate on copy and visuals, and use AI tools to move fast. 15 hours per week, paid, with real ownership from day one as we approach launch.

Formación

• Active creator on TikTok or Instagram and a visible body of work.
• Understanding of B2B and startup culture; follows founders and SaaS launches.
• Strong instinct for copy and visuals that resonate.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of workflow.
• Self-directed with ideas, not waiting for a brief.
• Bonus: experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or startups.

Responsabilidades

• Create and post content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X consistently.
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content.
• Build and engage communities in our space, not just broadcast.
• Support Product Hunt launch with community coordination and hype.
• Contribute ideas for copy and design; take initiative.
• Leverage AI tools to speed research, drafting, and scheduling.

We're an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building AI-powered competitive intelligence for marketing and product teams. We're growing and need someone to own our social presence as we build momentum toward launch.

This isn't a "post twice a week and call it done" role. You'll be the voice of IndustryLens across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X — creating content, engaging with communities, and helping we build an audience from the ground up.

What you'll do:

• Create and post content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X consistently
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video — product demos, founder POV, behind-the-scenes, B2B pain points
• Build and engage communities in our space — not just broadcast, actually participation
• Support our Product Hunt launch — coordinate community, build hype, drive engagement
• Bring ideas for copy and design — you shouldn't need someone to tell you what to post
• Use AI tools to move faster — research, copy drafts, creative concepts, scheduling

What we're looking for:

• Active creator on TikTok or Instagram — show us your work
• You get B2B and startup culture — you follow founders, product launches, SaaS Twitter
• Strong instinct for copy and visuals — you know what looks right and what lands
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
• Self-directed — you come with ideas, not just waiting for a brief
• Bonus: experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or a previous startup
