The Community Marketing Specialist will provide an important connection between YETI and our communities in the Germany helping to drive awareness and affinity for the brand and our products.

You thrive in fast-paced ever-changing environments and arent afraid to take initiative and run projects with varying levels of direction.

• Support service and maintain day-to-day relations with key community talent partners and ambassadors.
• Be the initial point of contact for inbound community related enquiries.
• Managing the end-to-end customer service for community enquiries which includes management of the Community inbox.
• Placing and managing community seeding orders.
• Co-ordination of event materials and product to YETI brand community events
• Event staffing (where )
• Assist in management of c ommunity marketing budgets
• Willingness to participate and travel to events as (up to 50% of time)

Qualifications and Attributes

• 2-4 years experience in a marketing role within a brand / sports / entertainment environment
• Fluent in German
• Must be able to handle and manage multiple relationships in a timely manner with the highest level of customer service
• The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize travel and time dealing with influencers in the field
• Goal oriented with high standards for excellence
• Hold a drivers license
• Must be eligible to work without the need for work sponsorship.
