We’re looking for a Community & CRM Manager who turns followers into fans and customers into a movement. You’ll be the voice between Banana Beauty and our community – building loyalty, driving engagement, and turning data into real relationships. This role is where communication meets connection: from CRM automation to creator DMs, from reviews to loyalty flows. You’ll sit at the heart of our Activation Team — working closely with Campaign, Content, and Brand Experience to make Banana Beauty the most loved Berlin-born make-up brand.
