Henkelhiedl in Berlin is looking for a talented Communication Designer who can demonstrate a strong affinity for design, particularly in typography and corporate identity. You should have a robust knowledge of Webflow and have successfully completed outstanding projects. Your role will involve collaborating with customers and presentations while contributing to the agency's visual language.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience, a university degree, and a very good command of German. Flexibility in work hours and options for home office are available.
Aspiration and designed reality
Do you love design and can you explain what makes good design? Do you have a university degree? Your alphabet sorts I after We? Have you gained at least three years' experience in an agency? Do you have a particular soft spot for typography and corporate design? But are you also interested in interactions and animations? UX/UI is a matter of course for you anyway (and hasn't been a bootcamp topic)? Have you always been interested in digital, web and apps?
You also have very good knowledge of Webflow and have already realized some outstanding projects with it? You also know how AI can help you to make yourself irreplaceable and not only have your heart in the right place, but also your ear to the ground?
Do you like customer contact and are you a good presenter, perhaps even interested in devising and moderating workshop formats?
Then we are looking for you, knowing full well that the requirements are high and specific. But that is our aspiration and the current reality.
If your salary expectations are just as real(istic) and you are from Berlin or can be on site at any time for a 4/5 or full-time position - although home office is of course always an option - then you should definitely get in touch with us.
It would also be important for you to have a (very) good command of written and spoken German.
PS: Speaking of us before me: Do you enjoy teamwork, working with other designers to improve your own and their work, helping to shape the agency's visual language and still see yourself as willing to learn? Great, because we're not looking for a classic AD.
