Business Development MWC EMEA is a dedicated team focused on driving the growth and development of the Manual Wheelchair (MWC) business across the EMEA region. The team accelerates growth within the existing portfolio while identifying and launching new products and product areas, leading strategic initiatives, supporting sales growth, and exploring M &A opportunities to strengthen and expand the offering.
As Commercial Specialist Manual Wheelchairs (MWC) EMEA , you will play a key role in driving profitable growth of the MWC portfolio across EMEA. You will translate business objectives into actionable commercial plans, lead product launches, and support local markets through training, opportunity identification, and demand generation. The role reports to the Senior Director EMEA MWC Business Development and works closely with country Sales teams, Marketing, and Innovation to turn strategy into market-ready results.
Location : EMEA, -preferably Germany, France,Belgium | Travel required
You are a commercially driven professional with experience in mobility, medical devices, or assistive technology, who enjoys turning strategy into action. You thrive in a customer-facing, international environment, partnering closely with sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive growth and successful product launches.
Analytical, proactive, and confident in your communication, you bring a strong commercial mindset, cultural awareness, and a clear focus on delivering profitable growth across the EMEA region.
