Fit-out Construction

The Resolute Group are proudly supporting a general contractor in the area of fit‑out construction in the commercial building space, who are looking to expand their team in either the Hamburg or Munich locations.

Location: Hamburg or Munich

Salary: DOE €70,000 - €80,000 basic + package

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the full commercial lifecycle: respond to client RFQs, prepare and present proposals, oversee tender processes, and provide ongoing commercial and contractual support throughout project execution.
• Lead the commercial strategy for fit‑out and refurbishment projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and project financial performance.
• Oversee contract negotiation, risk management, and compliance with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide commercial guidance to project teams, resolving issues and supporting successful project delivery.
• Track and report on project KPIs, P&L, and financial progress to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must have experience within a General Contractor setting.
• German language is essential; any application with less than a B2 in German will not be considered.
• Familiar with client requirements and strong with client liaison.
• Ideally degree qualified in a relevant field (i.e. construction, civil engineering, finance).
• Several years of experience in handling projects in interior design, building renovation and/or commercial construction.
