Commercial & Operations Manager – Munster Region

Our client is a leading provider of distribution solutions and is seeking a Commercial & Operations Manager to join their management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial performance and overseeing operational delivery.

Salary: €70K–€90K + bonus, car allowance and benefits.

The Role:
  • Drive the creation and implementation of commercial strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans.
  • Oversee all commercial elements of customer projects to maximise profitability and ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support collaboration and business continuity.
  • Support sales efforts through effective pricing, promotional planning and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Leverage performance data and KPIs to support continuous improvement and strategic decision making.
  • Manage day to day operations and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and develop a well-established team.
  • Contribute to the ongoing implementation and adherence to health and safety standards across the organisation.
The Candidate:
  • Very strong commercial and operations management experience.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial contracts and operations within a cross functional environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and data driven decision making.
  • A 3rd level qualification in business or a related field.
  • Ability and experience to lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Capable of working a fact paced environment.
